      Junk food is food that low nutrision value, in other words junk food is the kind of  food that not healty. Junk food mostly fast food that contain carbohydrat, sugar, fat, and sodium salt. One junk food serving offfer a large number calories, but nutrision value in it just few or morever nothing altogether.
     According the National Institutes of Health, some fast food only contain high calory, where it greatly impact the weight of exhausted that is one of factory increase the risk for many chronic health problems often. Very often eat fast food can cause malnutrisi and very bad for our healty
    In a study that publised in the jurnal Brain, Behavior, and Immunity indicate that one week eat junk food is enough to cause memory impairment to mice. Recent indicate that bad fat (trans fat) of junk food change healty fat in the brain and disrupt mechanism normal signal in the brai. Study in animal also indicate that fat of junk food slow down the ability to learn new skill.
    From the description above, junk food isn’t forbidden food that can’t to cunsumed but by eat the kind of food that categorized as junk food, exactly people can’t feel stisfied so, it actually caused a people to over eat, which will make a person have a problem with weight and also healthy. To avoid this dangers can be done by reduce the intake of product food or junk food for live healthier.
